Had an amazing pedicure here yesterday! They really did a thorough job and the massage was incredible i wanted to pay extra to have more time! They also painted my two year old daughters toes and she was in heaven! We will definitely be coming back

Lily did a phenomenal job once again! She took her time was patient and detailed! She did my last 2 sets and Kelly did the others… I’ve been coming here for well over 5 years….

Update: I was able able to get my nail fixed at no additional charge. The technician was the first person I ever had help me (from one of the positive experiences) and she was the ultimate professional once again. I’m glad I have her name for the future and I appreciate the way they handled this situation. Original: I’ve been to this salon before with great experiences so I decided to go again the day before leaving for an out of town wedding. I got a mani/pedi for the wedding but also I’m a new mom so this time is my only self care time too. Everything about this experience was luke warm. I walked in and said I want a gel manicure with tips and pedicure with lacquer polish. Usually about 10 minutes in after they’ve started working on me they’ll show the menu so I can select which pedicure I want, he never did. The pressure on my calluses is light but he stops so I figure it’s all good. Toes get done so we move to the nails. He asks what I want and I repeat gel manicure with tips. I don’t do this enough to know the full order of things and I think maybe he’s doing a different technique…he is about to paint my nails when I stop him and remind him I want tips. He argues with me that I never mentioned tips. I emphasized that I mentioned it at the start and when he asked me to double check. At this point I’m just annoyed and no longer enjoying myself so I say whatever just continue but then he says he can fix it. He does, doesn’t follow the design picture I show him (although admittedly I could’ve been more clear on the design) and it’s done. It isn’t until I am trying to find shoes for the event hours later that I realize one of my feet hasn’t been completely smoothed down. Then I showered and my pointer finger edge just popped like it was a bubble. I saw him use the typical gel lamp so I don’t even understand how that’s possible. I’ve never had that happen with gel. Then the next morning one of my ring fingers had the nail pop like a bubble as well. I had to get a quick fix when I got to the wedding destination and fixed the design to what I originally wanted. Then at the wedding my fore finger tip popped off with the slightest pressure after just two days! I’m just incredibly disappointed with the service—it felt like I went to a completely different salon from my original experiences. I think my technician might’ve been new or he just didn’t feel like I was worthy of basic quality service. I swear I wasn’t rude at all and when the tip misunderstanding came up I was just going to let it go but the fact that my nails couldn’t even last a weekend after spending $100 is just highly disappointing.

I lovee coming here. Switched to this salon following an extremely poor experience I had at my usual (envision nails) and it was the best decision. They are always so friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure you are satisfied. Today I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ben (I believe was his name) at station #6 and he was the BEST. He kept asking if I liked my nails and was extremely patient. Moving to the city in a few weeks, and I plan on continuing to come here due to the quick and friendly service they provide. They also frequently send 10% off coupons which I definitely appreciate and use everytime!

This was the most relaxing foot massage I have ever received! The nail technician paid attention to detail and was thorough. I observed a mom come in with her very young daughter and they treated the child with grace and care. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and polite. The place is clean and pleasant. 07/22- Another great service from #1 Nails. Anna was fabulous taking great care of me. Another great service from #1 Nails in the Festival. I don’t care what day or what time I go, they are attentive and do excellent work. Hats off to Phillip for bring so professional yet friendly. He does excellent work and today he dealt eit my nails that had been ignored for too long. Thanks Phillip and #1Nsils!
